After reading the reviews, I was looking forward to watching
something gritty and depressing. I was a bit disappointed.
I didn't really care about the characters enough to be
depressed. I liked Gordon, Cynthia was a little too loud
and abrasive for me so I didn't like her much, but together
they didn't stir my interest enough for me to be upset about
anything that happened to them. The movie wasn't boring,
but it also wasn't involving (although it had some nice music)
. I should have watched In A Lonely Place.
